I used to work at a job that required a lot of handwashing and this cream was really the only thing between nice hands and dry cracked hands. Its a thick cream and some people have told me they find it too heavy. It has a somewhat greasy or waxy feel at first but as it absorbs and drys, it feels smooth and soft. It's the most concentrated cream or lotion I've used. Because it's so concentrated, you use only a very small quantity, about half the size of a pea. It immediately smoothes and softens the hands. It's actually not a lotion, but more like a very rich Chapstick for your hands! A little goes a long way, and my hands are very moist and soft after using it. I was pleasantly surprised to try this product, as I didn't know any such hand cream existed. I highly recommend it.
