I used to work at a job that required a lot of handwashing and this cream was really the only thing between nice hands and dry cracked hands.Its a thick cream and some people have told me they find it too heavy. It has a somewhat greasy or waxy feel at first but as it absorbs and drys, it feels smooth and soft.
