I think this is exceptionally fine hand cream. The problem is that it's nearly impossible to find, and it only seems to come in these teeny-weeny 2oz. tubes. Neutrogena needs to get with the program; such an excellent product deserves better marketing.

I have severely dry skin on my hands, and usually use perscription creme for the condition. However, recently while out, I realized my hands were cracked and painful. So I found a sample of this product. The next day I went to Amazon and got the four pack, along with a two-pack of the body lotion. It was easily absorbed and smelled great, but not over powering. I now use it exclusively on my entire body. I am now soft all over.

Bought this product yesterday. In 24 hours, it has completely healed my scaly, cracked hands! And it smells fantastic!
